Programme leadership, technical project management, business change and testing for the business and technology implementation of an end-to-end Oracle CRM solution supporting €1bn annual revenue for an International Telecoms client. This includes the creation of a single ‘Customer Hub’ for the company with over 20 million records and a new automated order management suite for ethernet and cloud based products and services.

We provided programme management, business change and SME services to a major current affairs client on an editorial led change programme. This looked at the entire operation and resulted in significant operational changes, new workflows and a new organisation structure.

A major news client is going through a large scale transformation within their commercial division to deliver new processes, systems and commercial environment. We are providing leadership support and programme delivery to the transformation team.

Provision of project leadership and SME capability for key areas of a large complex SAP implementation for one of our major broadcast and media clients.

Provision of technical architecture services to a client in the Business Intelligence sector. We produced a detailed technology architecture for a global information repository and managed the design and development of processes for information dissemination and distribution.

The Provision of Consultancy and Delivery Services to a Global Music Company as they transform the way they support their Music Artists and improve their Music Offerings to the worldwide market. This includes the shaping of their Transformation Strategy into a clear and effective Technology Roadmap to ensure they achieve key business objectives. It also includes the mobilisation and delivery of Major Programmes such as Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing, Digital Assets & Supply Chain and the deployment of a Global Royalties System.

We are providing leadership, programme management and subject matter expertise to a major UK based broadcaster, enabling the launch of an online pay proposition to complement their already highly successful catch-up offering. We are responsible for technology design, build and integration within an agile environment and our role includes strategic vendor and partner management, business change, testing and overall implementation.

Involved in an innovative desktop refresh for a client in the Broadcast & Media sector to deploy Apple, Google & Microsoft technologies. After leading a comprehensive proof of concept & business case development, we are responsible for technology build & deployment, programme office and leadership support.

Currently providing a range of services for a number of large scale relocation programmes in the UK. Our services include: Programme Management, Project Office and Governance, Technology Design & Integration and Specialist Technology Project Management.

We have significant Channel Launch experience, in particular end to end Technology Delivery which typically includes multi-media integration and the adoption of new technologies, workflows and operational processes, and often the creation of multiple international sites to source multimedia content. Our projects have included the full technology fit out of green-field sites including office infrastructure to support file based operations, satellite services for both in-coming media and distribution, end user file based technology and the delivery of content for playout via either production galleries or automated playout.

We played a key role in the roll out of an award winning UK IPTV platform. Our role included Technology Project Management, Testing, Deployment and Project Office. The platform has gone on to become the market leading product and the benchmark for future industry development.

We have in depth experience of the introduction and integration of multimedia services into new and existing environments for TV, On-line and Radio. This includes process and workflow definition and introduction of new technologies for file based working. Assignments have included the design and implementation of file based newsrooms and playout centres, remote field operation media sourcing, Media Asset Management, desktop editing technologies, integrated web publishing, online archive and retrieval systems and automated play-out and scheduling systems. A key element of our delivery is the integration of complex off the shelf products to provide seamless solutions for best in class desktop based ingest, craft edit, storage and playout. Our projects in this area have included multiple overseas assignments and training of large numbers of specialist staff.

Management of the implementation of one of the world’s largest integrated Digital Production Systems for ingest, edit, play-out and archive. This included all supplier and commercial management, associated business change, technology deployment, and project office.

A number of national and international assignments regarding the introduction of tapeless file based workflow and the move to HDTV. The assignments range from high level strategic planning and consultancy through to management of delivery and implementation. They include all aspects including new business processes, procurement and implementation of new technologies, the upgrading of existing technologies, training, people/cultural change, and legacy decommissioning.

A Global Pharmaceutical manufacturer is transforming the technology of its business units onto a consistent ITIL services platform across 20 counties supporting +110k employees and suppliers. The platform is based on the latest BMC software package, is designed to support true high availability and supports eight different language sets. Our team is working with their global outsourcing partner to provide leadership, programme management, delivery and subject matter expertise in managing this very complex programme to a very aggressive deadline

A major outsource provider is launching its Windows 7 migrations and exploitation offering to both existing and new corporate customers around the globe. We are working in partnership with our client to develop their product and ‘go to market’ strategy, to establish their delivery capability and to programme manage their launch of this service in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

A global outsource provider is migrating all its EMEA based customers from a disparate set of service centre systems to an ITIL aligned suite of tools. We are providing leadership, programme management, delivery management, subject matter expertise and governance for the alignment of processes to ITIL V3 and the migration of high profile, high volume, complex accounts. The assignment also includes the management and optimisation of global delivery teams across North America, EMEA, Asia Pacific and India.

An international Telecommunications company has embarked on a major programme of work to launch their Cloud Services globally. In order to support these new Services, we are leading a programme to replace and enhance certain parts of their current BSS/OSS technology stack in order to support their new service offerings. We are also responsible for all aspects of programme planning, corporate governance and the management of key technology and business partners.

Managing a programme of consolidation and virtualisation for a major UK broadcaster to consolidate multiple UK data centres into 2 hosted facilities housing 700 servers and 400 individual applications. This will decouple the technology strategy from the property portfolio and deliver enterprise class hosting facilities which will provide Business Continuity and DR capability for business critical applications and ‘active-active’ serving for Web content as well as reduced support costs, increased scalability and lower provisioning times/costs for new services.

The management of a strategic data centre relocation for a major mobile Telco. Scope included over 300 systems/applications and all associated hardware. The successful completion is yielding both efficiency and stability benefits for the UK operation of a global business.

The creation and implementation of a global IT Helpdesk Service Improvement Programme for a major global outsource provider. The project included establishing ‘improvement teams’ in multiple global locations, an end to end process review, and the introduction of significant improvements which are now ensuring SLA compliance within a challenging environment.

The rationalisation and alignment of resources, processes and technology for a major outsource client across their global network of IT helpdesks based in the USA, Canada, Turkey, Ireland, Singapore, Germany, and Philippines. This has created a ‘virtual environment’ with a more balanced workload and a more efficient/effective customer experience.

Provision of Consultancy Services to a Global Technology Company focusing on transforming how they deliver IT and Business Process Outsourcing Services to their customers. This included the re-structuring of their Operations throughout Europe and the Middle East, plus supporting the launch of a range of new Services including leading edge 'Cloud Computing' propositions. The benefits are improved service delivery and significant cost savings.

The implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery solutions into high profile businesses often serving global 24x7 customer environments. Our role can be from specialist advice to the management of the full programme from design and business case through to implementation.

We work on a number of structured Procurement projects and are currently providing project management and business analysis services to a project for the procurement of a major public services contract using the competitive dialogue procedure. Responsibilities include the delivery of statutory contract documents (PQQ, ITPD, and ITT) and the provision of project management and governance support to the client's leadership team.
